Bengt has been involved with CrossFit since 2011, and is a CrossFit L2 trainer, CrossFit Mobility trainer, and CrossFit Endurance trainer. He has attended courses in CrossFit both in Norway and the U.S as well as several wokshops and seminars related to fitness and nutrition. He has a particular interest in the mental training, and loves talking to people and helping them discover new strengths and abilities.
